Claims Procedure

Warranties administered by NWC have an easy ‘no-forms’ claims process to help you get back up and running sooner.

In the event your vehicle or equipment suffers a mechanical failure or breakdown, contact NWC on 1800 888 760 PRIOR to arranging any repair work. A member of the NWC Claims Team will direct you to the nearest approved repairer for diagnosis wherever you are in Australia. Once the diagnosis has been made and a repair report and quote received, NWC’s Claim Team will assess the claim. If the repairs are authorised, approved claims are then paid directly to the repairer once the repairs are completed, so you won’t have to wait to be reimbursed and therefore reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
