Your Motorcycle servicing obligations
To maintain the warranty on your motorcycle and ensure that you will be entitled to make a claim under your warranty, you must service your motorcycle as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. You should regularly submit a copy of your service invoices to NWC.
Service invoices can be submitted by various methods:
Making a Claim
If your motorcycle breaks down or as soon as you suspect a mechanical fault has occurred during the term of your warranty, you may be eligible to make a claim under your warranty. Please contact NWC on 1800 888 760 prior to arranging any repair work to your motorcycle. A member of the NWC claims team will direct you to your nearest approved repairer for assessment. Where your claim is approved, your cover will include the cost of assessment. NWC will assess your claim to determine whether it will be honoured. Authorised repairs under a claim will be paid direct to the approved repairer.
If you have any questions regarding your Warranty please contact us or your dealer.
