Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Your goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits provided under this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law.

The features described are subject to terms and conditions and have not detailed any warranty exclusions. There may be some features of the Warranty which overlap with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in the purchase of the Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are not required to pay for your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

By purchasing the Warranty you will get the benefit of certainty regarding the period of warranty coverage and the convenience of having the replacement process managed for you. It is recommended that you carefully read the Warranty Contract for the full terms, conditions and exclusions and a summary of the rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law before making any decision to purchase the warranty.
